María Isabelle Pérez Cerezo, known professionally as Belle Pérez, was born on
January 29, 1976, in Neerpelt, Belgium. She is a Belgian musician and songwriter
of Spanish descent who gained prominence through her participation in the
Belgian preselection for the Eurovision Song Contest in 1999 with "Hello World".
