Albert Leung Wai Man, known by his pen name 林夕 (Lin Xi), was born on December 7,
1961, in Hong Kong, and is a Hong Kong professional lyricist. He began his
career as a lyricist in 1985, adopting the pen name 林夕. His breakthrough came
with collaborations with major Hong Kong singers such as Leslie Cheung and Faye
Wong. From 1995 to 2003, he won the Lyricist of the Year award at the Ultimate
