Jung Hoon-hee, born on May 11, 1951, in Busan, South Korea, is a legendary South
Korean singer with a career spanning over five decades. Coming from a musically
inclined family, she debuted in 1967 with "Fog" composed by Lee Bong-jo. She
gained international recognition, winning the Best Singer Award at the 1970
Tokyo International Music Festival and later receiving accolades at the Athens
International Song Festival (1971) and the Chilean Music Festival (1975, 1979).
