Zlatan Stipišić, known professionally as Gibonni, is a Croatian
singer-songwriter and composer born on August 13, 1968, in Split, SR Croatia,
Yugoslavia. He began his career in the 1980s with the heavy metal band Osmi
putnik and later joined Divlje jagode before starting a solo career in the
1990s. His early works combined rock, modern pop, and Dalmatian folk songs. He
released his debut album Sa mnom ili bez mene in 1991, followed by notable
albums such as Kruna od perja (1994), Judi, zviri i beštimje (1999), and Mirakul
(2001). He wrote the song "Cesarica" for Oliver Dragojević...
