Zion
Zion is the stage name of Félix Gerardo Ortiz Torres, born August 5, 1981, in
Carolina, Puerto Rico. He emerged in the early 2000s as one half of Zion &
Lennox with Gabriel Pizarro, helping define a melodic, less aggressive branch of
reggaeton through early tracks and their 2004 debut album Motivando a la Yal,
which included “Doncella,” “Bandida,” and “Yo Voy.” After the duo paused in
2006, Zion launched his solo career with singles including “Alócate,”
“Fantasma,” “The Way She Moves” with Akon, and “Zun Da Da,” all leading to his
