ZED is a New Zealand rock group formed in Christchurch in 1996 by bassist Ben
Campbell, vocalist and guitarist Nathan King, and drummer Adrian Palmer, later
joined by guitarist Andy Lynch in 2000. The band first gained national attention
with the single “Glorafilia”, which entered the New Zealand top ten in 1999.
Their debut studio album Silencer was released in 2000 and reached Number 1 on
the New Zealand Albums Chart, later achieving triple-platinum certification.
