Zé Ibarra, born José Vitor Ibarra Ramos on December 209, 1996, in Rio de
Janeiro, Brazil, is a singer and songwriter whose early exposure to music came
from a Chilean event‑producer mother and a Bahian photographer father. He began
playing drums at six, switched to piano, and composed his first songs at
fourteen. His breakthrough came as a member of Bala Desejo, winning a Latin
Grammy in 2022 for Sim Sim Sim in the category Best Portuguese Language Pop
