Zakopower
Zakopower, a Polish band, was formed in 2005. The band originated from an
initiative by violinist Sebastian Karpiel-Bułecka, who assembled several notable
musicians from the folk scene of the Tatra region. The band is known for playing
folk music with elements of rock and jazz. Their debut album, Music Hal,
released in 2005, featured texts in the Goral dialect and blended elements of
traditional folk music with club sounds. In 2007, they followed up with their
