Hailing from Georgia, where its leader Zachary Brown was born (July 31, 1978),
the Zac Brown Band is the leading contemporary country band of the early 21st
century. Open to other musical styles such as soul, rock, jazz and reggae, they
toured extensively and recorded two albums with little publicity, Far from
Eynstine (2004) and Home Grown (2005), before finding success with the single
"Chicken Fried" and the platinum-selling album The Foundation (2008). From then
on, the band switched categories, releasing a string of #1 country singles and
