Yuna

Yunalis binti Mat Zara'ai, who goes by the name Yuna, is a Malaysian pop and R&B singer-songwriter who attained international fame after she moved to Los Angeles in 2011. Born in Kedah in the north-western part of Peninsular Malaysia, she learned to play the guitar and began writing songs as a child. She released a self-titled EP in 2008, won a regional music competition and released another EP, 'Decorate', in 2010. An eponymous full album in 2012 hit number 19 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart.
