יוני רכטר
(Yoni Rechter)
Yonatan Rechter, known professionally as Yoni Rechter, was born on November 18,
1951, in Tel Aviv, Israel. He began his musical journey at sixteen, composing
"Tears of Angels" for a high school classmate. After serving in the Israeli
Artillery Corps band, Rechter joined Kaveret as a keyboardist in 1972 and
conducted their entry in the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest. Rechter's career
includes collaborations with notable artists such as Arik Einstein, for whom he
composed "Your Forehead is Ornamented". He produced albums for Gidi Gov, Esther
