Eliane Baek Ye-rin (June 26, 1997), aka Yerin Baek, is a South Korean
singer-songwriter who gained notoriety as one half of the K-pop duo 15&. Unlike
many of her contemporaries, she is known for composing and writing the lyrics
for most of her songs. Born in the Jung District in Daejeon, she became a
trainee for JYP Entertainment during her early childhood thanks to a stellar
performance of Beyoncé's "Listen" on the variety show Amazing Contest Star King
