Ximo Tebar, born in 1963 in Valencia, Spain, is a guitarist specializing in
jazz. He began playing guitar at age seven and turned professional at seventeen.
Tebar's career took off with performances across Europe and America,
collaborating with notable artists such as Johnny Griffin, Benny Golson, Joe
Lovano, and Tom Harrell. In 2003, he moved to New York City, signing with
Sunnyside Records in 2004 and working with the Chico O'Farril Afro Cuban Jazz
Orchestra. Notable albums include Hello Mr. Bennet (1993), So What! (1997), Goes
