WWO, a Polish hip-hop group from Warsaw, was formed in December 1999 by rappers
Andrzej Wawrykiewicz (Jędker) and Wojciech Sosnowski (Sokół). The acronym WWO
initially stood for W Witrynach Odbicia (“Reflections in Shop Windows”). Their
debut album, Masz i pomyśl (2000), featured collaborations with members of the
hip-hop collective ZIP Skład. DJ Deszczu Strugi subsequently joined the group,
forming its core three-member lineup. Following a conflict with their label BMG
