Wookie is an English record producer and musician born as Jason Chue in 1972 in
London. He achieved professional recognition for a musical career that began in
1991 producing for the artist Wayne Marshall. Chue produced the studio recording
90 Degrees and Rising (1994) and served as a writer and producer for the
ensemble Soul II Soul. He achieved professional recognition for producing for
the musicians Dynamite MC and Doom Man. His recording career included remixes
for artists including Destiny's Child, Public Enemy, Nas, and Whitney Houston.
