WIZO
Wizo is a punk band from Germany founded in 1986. The founding members are
singer Jochen Bix, guitarist Axel Kurth and bassist Jörn Genserowski. In 1988,
the first demo tape Keiner ist kleiner was released. After Gute Freunde (1990),
another demo tape, Wizo's debut album Für'n Arsch followed in 1991. In 1993,
Wizo cover the Ace of Base hit "All that she wants". Wizo often appear on MTV
with the video. In 1995, Wizo reached number 76 in the German charts with the
album Herrénhandtasche. It then took over eight years before the next album
