Winterfylleth, an English black metal band from Manchester, was formed in 2006. Their debut demo, Rising of the Winter Full Moon, released in 2007, gained attention within the underground heavy metal scene and led to a contract with Profound Lore Records. The first album, The Ghost of Heritage (October 2008), received critical acclaim.
