Willi Carlisle
Originally from Kansas, Willi Carlisle is an old-time folk and country singer,
songwriter and musician. Steeped in the American musical tradition in a family
where his father was a polka musician, he grew up assimilating the folk,
bluegrass and country genres, performing in school shows and singing in a choir.
A graduate of the University of Arkansas, where he majored in poetry, he
embarked on a career as a musician, recording the self-produced EP Too Nice to
Mean Much (2016), followed by the album To Tell You the Truth (2018). Signed to
