Wess & Dori Ghezzi
Wess Johnson and Dori Ghezzi formed the Italian pop duo Wess And Dori Ghezzi in
1972 after being signed by the same record label. Their first single, "Voglio
Stare Con Te", was released in 1972 and introduced the duo’s blend of soulful
vocals and rhythmic bass. In 1973, the single "Tu Nella Mia Vita" entered the
Sanremo Festival, where the song finished sixth in the final; the track later
achieved commercial success. The duo’s debut album Wess & Dori Ghezzi followed
