Weekend Players
Weekend Players, an electronic music duo from England, comprised vocalist Rachel
Foster and producer Andy Cato, the latter known for his work with Groove Armada.
The pair formed in the early 2000s, blending deep house, downtempo, and trip‑hop
influences. Their initial breakthrough came with the single "I'll Be There",
which reached number one on the US Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in 2003.
Following this success, the duo released the single "21st Century" on 23
December 2002 through Multiply, a label that also handled their subsequent
release "Into The Sun" on 1 January 2003. ...
