William LaShawn Calhoun Jr., also known as WC, was born on February 3, 1970 in
Houston, Texas and later moved to Westmont, California. He is an American rapper
and actor who began his music career in the late 1999s with the groups Low
Profile and The Maad Circle. With Low Profile, he released We're in This Thing
Together on January 25, 1990. The following year, The Maad Circle released Ain't
a Damn Thang Changed, which peaked at number 85 on the Billboard 200 chart. WC
later formed Westside Connection with Ice Cube and Mack 10, releasing "Bow Down"
