Waterson:Carthy, an English folk group formed in 1994, included Norma Waterson
on vocals, her husband Martin Carthy on guitar and vocals, and their daughter
Eliza Carthy on fiddle and vocals. Their debut album Waterson:Carthy was
released in 1994, followed by Common Tongue in 1996, featuring melodeon player
Saul Rose. The group released several albums including Broken Ground (1999), A
Dark Light (2002), Fishes And Fine Yellow Sand (2004) and Holy Heathens and the
