Megan Alexanda Washington, known professionally as Meg Washington, was born on
January 7, 1986 in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. She is an Australian musician
and voice actor who initially performed jazz music before transitioning to indie
pop and alternative rock. Washington's early releases included the EPs Bennets
