The group was founded for a single concert on August 15, 1978, at the Electric Ballroom in London, which was the final performance in England for lead vocalist Sid Vicious. The lineup also consisted of former Sex Pistols bassist Glen Matlock on bass, Steve New on guitar, Rat Scabies on drums, and Nancy Spungen on backing vocals.
