Vansire
Vansire, the American dream pop duo formed by Josh Augustin and Sam Winemiller
in Rochester, Minnesota, began as high‑school collaborators in the school
drumline and concert band. Their first breakthrough came with the self‑released
album Reflections and Reveries (2016), recorded in Winemiller’s basement over a
year, which established their lo‑fi, bedroom pop aesthetic. In 2017 they
followed with the EP The Rolling, Driftless North and singles such as "Brown
