Ümit Sayın, born on April 26, 1970 in Turkey, is a singer and music composer.
His career began to take shape when Sezen Aksu, impressed by his voice at a
concert in İzmir on September 8, 1990, hired him as her backing vocalist after
they performed a duet together. Sayın subsequently worked with notable artists
including Harun Kolçak, Ajda Pekkan, and Tarkan. He started composing songs in
1991, encouraged by Özkan Uğur, and wrote for various singers such as Harun
Kolçak, Deniz Arcak, and İzel. His self-titled debut album Ümit Sayın was
