Ultrafox, a German electropop band, was formed in 2001 by twins Claudia and
Connie Holzer. The band's debut and sole album Ice Skating was released in June
2004. Their unique sound blended German and English lyrics with a strong bass
line and broken drum beats. Ultrafox undertook their first European tour in June
2004, performing at venues such as the Notting Hill Arts Club in London and
Shelter in Vienna. Following the departure of Liam Howe and Joe Wilson of
Sneaker Pimps due to other commitments, David Westlake joined Ultrafox. The band
