Tsar
Tsar, an American rock band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1998. After
a residency at Silver Lake's Spaceland club, Tsar released their self-titled
debut album on Hollywood Records in 2000. The album received critical acclaim
but had limited commercial success. Notable songs include "I Don't Wanna Break
Up" and "Silver Shifter". Tsar's music was featured in various TV shows,
