formed in 1989, with members hailing from New Orleans, Louisiana and Richmond,
California. Initially consisting of a dozen members including Master P,
C-Murder, Silkk the Shocker, King George, Fonzo, Calli G, Markest Banks, Daniel
Fry, Big Ed, Daria Kelly, Ea-Ski, and CMT, the group began their career with the
