Trío Calaveras, a Mexican bolero, ranchero, and traditional musical group,
formed in 1931. Guillermo Bermejo Araujo, Miguel Leoncio Bermejo Araujo, and
Raúl Prado founded the group professionally. They made a professional debut on
September 15, 1937, at Cine Máximo in Colonia Peralvillo. They gained early
recognition through participation in films like Las cuatro milpas (1937) and
