William Phillips, known professionally as Tourist, is a DJ, producer and
musician born on February 12, 1987, in London, England. His career began with
the release of his self-titled EP Tourist in March 2012. Following this debut,
Phillips released several EPs including Tonight (February 2013) and Patterns
(April 2014). His breakthrough came in 2015 when he won the Grammy Award for
Song of the Year for co-writing Sam Smith's "Stay with Me" alongside James
