Tommy Fleming is an Irish singer born on May 15, 1971, in Aclare, County Sligo.
He performed in the folk and traditional Irish genres. Fleming began a
collaboration with composer Phil Coulter in the early 1990s and subsequently
joined the group De Dannan in 1994. His first solo studio recording, Different
Sides to Life, appeared in 1996. While on a promotional tour for the 1998 album
Restless Spirit, Fleming was involved in a car accident. He resumed his career
and released the recordings Sand and Water (1997) and The Contender (2000). In
