Tito Double P (born Jesús Roberto Laija García in Tepic, Nayarit, on August 18,
1997, and raised in Culiacán, Sinaloa) emerged first as a writer in the corridos
tumbados wave before stepping forward as a solo artist. After posting himself
singing corridos in 2021, he began working closely with his cousin Peso Pluma,
then launched his own recording run in 2023 with “Dembow Bélico” (with Luis R.
Conriquez and Joel de la P) and high-visibility appearances on Peso Pluma’s
