Tim Halperin
Tim Halperin, born May 27, 1987, in Omaha, Nebraska, is an American
singer-songwriter and pianist. He began taking piano lessons at six and started
singing in church and school choirs. In 2007, Tim Halperin moved to Fort Worth,
Texas, to attend Texas Christian University, where he released his first EP You
Are the Moon (2008). His breakthrough came in 2010 with "We Fight Back", which
became the theme song for Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Later that year, Tim
Halperin was a Top 24 contestant on American Idol season 10. His debut album
