Victor DeJesus, known as Thirstin Howl the 3rd, was born in Brownsville,
Brooklyn. He is an American rapper of Puerto Rican descent. In 1988, he
co-founded the Lo Lifes, a crew focused on shoplifting Ralph Lauren Polo
clothing. His music career began in 1997 when he was profiled in The Source's
Unsigned Hype column. He released his debut album, Skillionaire, in 1999 and
followed it with Skillosopher in 2000. Notable singles include "Brooklyn Hard
