The Winstons, a soul music group from the United States of America, formed in
1965. The band consisted of Richard Lewis Spencer on lead vocals and saxophone,
Phil Tolotta on lead vocals and organ, Quincy Mattison on lead vocals and
guitar, Ray Maritano on vocals and saxophone, Sonny Peckrol on vocals and
electric bass, and Gregory C. Coleman on vocals and drums. Before forming the
group, individual members had gained musical experience backing artists such as
