The Untouchables, a soul and mod revival band from Silver Lake, Los Angeles,
California, formed in 1981 as part of the embryonic L.A. mod revival. Inspired
by the ska revival and punk rock band The Boxboys, the original lineup included
Kevin Long, Chuck Askerneese, Terry Ellsworth, Clyde Grimes, Rob Lampron, Herman
Askerneese, and Jerry Miller. Their first single "Twist 'N' Shake" was released
