The Stepkids
The Stepkids were formed in Bridgeport, United States in 2009 as a psychedelic
soul band. They gained early attention with their self-titled debut album The
Stepkids, released on 27 September 2011, which showcased a fusion of jazz, soul,
funk, psychedelia, and classical influences. In 2012 they followed with the
Sweet Salvation EP, adding tighter production and broader lyrical themes, and
the band continued to refine their style with their second album Troubadour,
