Frankie and Rochelle had been members of the successful S Club Juniors, a
younger version of teen favourites S Club 7. They retired in their mid-teens
but, having already tasted stardom, the girls were in prime position when
Polydor Records decided to form a new girl band to rival stablemates Girls
