The Rockets
The Rockets were an American rock band from Detroit, Michigan, formed in 1972.
Their early work culminated in the release of the self-titled album Rockets in
1979 and the follow-up No Ballads the following year, helping the band become
known throughout the country. The Rockets recorded on several labels over the
years, including RCA, Capitol, RSO, and Elektra. Singles from these releases
achieved national chart success, including a cover of Fleetwood Mac's "Oh Well",
which reached the Billboard Hot 100, along with "Can't Sleep" and "Desire". The
