Alana Chenevert, known professionally as The Last Artful, Dodgr, was born on May 26, 1987, in Los Angeles, California. She began her music career as a rapper and singer, performing locally since 2011. Her first mixtape, 199NVRLND, was released in 2013. In 2015, Dodgr signed with Portland independent label EYRST, founded by former NBA player Martell Webster.
