The High
The High is an English rock ensemble from Manchester established in 1989. The
group was founded by the singer John Matthews and the guitarist Andy Couzens and
included the bassist Simon Davies and the drummer Chris Goodwin. Their recording
career began with the debut studio recording Somewhere Soon (1990) which reached
number 59 in the United Kingdom. They achieved professional recognition for the
