The Chiffons

Early R&B
Soul music
Rock'n'roll
By 1963, their success was dazzling, thanks to "One Fine Day" and especially "He's So Fine", which earned them a gold record and inspired George Harrison's hit "My Sweet Lord" (which earned the former beatle a plagiarism lawsuit in 1976). Between 1963 and 1966, they made numerous television and concert appearances in both Europe and the U.S., before gradually sinking into oblivion in the 70s.
