The Blues Project originated in New York City’s Greenwich Village in 1965,
formed by guitarist Danny Kalb, drummer Roy Blumenfeld, bassist Andy Kulberg,
and later joined by vocalist Tommy Flanders and guitarist Steve Katz. Their
first single, "No Time Like The Right Time", appeared in 1966. The group’s debut
live album, Live at the Cafe Au Go Go, was recorded in late 1965 and released in
