The 4 Of Us, a rock band from Newry, County Down, Northern Ireland, was formed
in 1988 by Brendan and Declan Murphy. Their debut album Songs For The Tempted,
released on CBS Records in September 1989, featured the hit single "Mary" and
achieved double platinum status in the Republic of Ireland, winning Best Album
of the Year at the Irish Music Awards. Their follow-up album Man Alive, released
on Sony/Columbia Records in March 1992, marked their entry into the UK charts,
