Tasha Page-Lockhart was born Natasha Marie Page on March 21, 1983, in Detroit, Michigan. She began her musical career performing with her mother’s gospel group, Witness. Page-Lockhart rose to prominence in 2013 after winning the sixth season of BET’s Sunday Best, which secured her a contract with RCA Records and Fo Yo Soul Recordings. Her debut album, Here Right Now, appeared in August 2014, reaching number 87 on the Billboard 200 and number 3 on the Top Gospel Albums chart.
