Tantric
Tantric, an American rock band from Louisville, Kentucky, was formed in 1998 by
Todd Whitener, Jesse Vest, and Matt Taul. The group initially trained under the
name C-14 before changing to Tantric. In 1999, they recruited Hugo Ferreira as
their lead vocalist. Their debut album, Tantric, released in 2001, featured
singles "Breakdown", "Astounded" and "Mourning". The album peaked at Number 71
on the Billboard 200 and was certified gold by November 2001. Their second
