Talking Heads
Talking Heads emerged from the New York punk scene established at CBGB's in the
mid-1970s, but gradually turned away from it, fusing their rock and funk energy
with other musical forms, from ambient electro to 1980s world music. Comprising
mastermind David Byrne (songwriter, composer, guitar and vocals), guitarist
Jerry Harrison, bassist Tina Weymouth and drummer Chris Frantz, the quartet
