Yukihide Takekawa, born as Yukihide Takekawa on October 22, 1952, in Urawa,
Saitama Prefecture, Japan, is a Japanese singer-songwriter. He began learning
the violin and solfège at the age of five. His father, Hiromi Takekawa, was a
professor known for his research on Beethoven, and his mother was from a family
with ties to Suzuki Violin, a renowned luthier company. Takekawa's music career
took off when he became a member of the group Godiego. He also embarked on a
