Sy Ari Da Kid
Sy Ari Brockington, known professionally as Sy Ari da Kid, was born on January
8, 1986, in The Bronx, New York City. He moved to Atlanta, Georgia at nine and
initially aspired to be a basketball player but turned to rap under family
influence. After graduating from high school, he gained local recognition
through battle raps on Atlanta's HOT 107.9 FM. Brockington taught himself to
produce and record with Pro Tools, signing with December First Publishing Group
